Planum advised Community Housing Limited(CHL), who in collaboration with Queensland Government’s Housing Investment Fund (HIF), is developing a project pipeline to address the housing crisis in Queensland.
Tranche 1 of the pipeline comprised 3 projects with 156 dwellings, across social and affordable housing for people aged 55 and over.
Planum’s role included:
- Capital raising and structuring advisor
- Commercial advice and contract negotiation
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Project management support, including coordinating due diligence advisors and lenders.
