Planum Partners was financial advisor to SurePark Investments Pty Ltd (SurePark) for the refinancing of Gold Coast University Hospital Car Park and Gold Coast Private Hospital Car Park. SurePark is majority owned by funds managed by Palisade Investment Partners.

The car parks collectively have ~3,000 bays and have been operating for over 10 years, underpinned by long-term concessions with Queensland Health. Point Parking is the operator of both car parks.

Planum’s role included assisting Palisade in developing and executing the refinancing strategy, leading negotiations with the existing lender, managing financial models and the audit process, and leading the State consent process.
