Emerald Solar Farm

Planum was engaged by a sponsor to support an Australian solar farm with the conversion of its construction debt facility into term debt.

As a result of RCR’s insolvency the project was faced with a number of final completion challenges including mitigating several events of default under its project financing arrangements.

Planum worked alongside the sponsor, project developer and existing lenders to negotiate and manage a successful conversion process.
