Melbourne Market is Victoria’s wholesale fruit, vegetable and cut flower trading centre.

More than 4,000 businesses use the Market as a base, buying and selling fresh produce in the early hours of the morning for distribution across Victoria and Australia.

Hansen Yuncken won the right to develop ~100,000 sqm of warehousing to support the new Melbourne Fruit and Vegetable Markets.

Members of the Planum team were engaged by Hansen Yuncken to assist in negotiations with the Victorian government, the lease arrangements with tenants and ran a competitive process to secure a takeout investor (fund through) for the privately funded portion of the market.
