Igneo Infrastructure Partners’ (Igneo) through its Australian waste and resource recovery investment platform, Integrated Waste Services (IWS), entered into a binding agreement to acquire Recycle Central Group (“RCG”).

RCG is a vertically integrated waste-to-resources business, headquartered in NSW. The company actively engages in the waste value chain, encompassing waste collections, consolidation, through to processing, recovery and recycling of predominantly Construction and Demolition (C&D) waste forre-use in the construction and agricultural sectors.

Planum was financial advisor to Igneo and IWS.
