Planum acted as financial advisor to InfraRed for the sale of its 40% stake in Transmission Gully PPP.

Transmission Gully motorway is a 25-year availability-PPP for New Zealand’s first motorway PPP. The project reached financial close in mid-2014 with the Wellington Gateway Partnership, a consortium made up of InfraRed, ACC and Pacific Partnerships. The road opened to traffic in March 2022.

Planum conducted a bilateral sale process with an existing shareholder, leveraging our deep transaction experience and market pricing data to give InfraRed confidence that the agreed price and terms were consistent with a competitive market outcome.
